CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

If the customer disagrees with the grade assigned to a phone card, the card may be re-submitted one time for free reevaluation. The customer will pay for all shipping fees, although shipping costs for the reevaluation will be reimbursed if the grade is changed.

PhoneCardGrading accepts most phone cards for authenticating, grading and "slabbing". At this time PCG will only accept normal sized phone cards for authentication, grading, and slabbing. We can only accept phone cards that are approximately the same size as a standard credit card - about 3.375 inches by 2.125 inches (85.6 mm x 53.98 mm) or phone cards that are the same size as a standard trading card: 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches (64mm x 89mm). At this time we will not accept jumbo cards, die-cut cards, cards with original autographs, or cards in original holders. If you wish to submit a card that is enclosed in an original package or holder, you MUST remove it from the original package or holder prior to sending it to PCG. We WILL NOT grade or encapsulate other types of trading cards - only telephone cards.

Please Note: PCG slabs are made of high quality plastic and are intended for long term storage and protection. But any PCG slab may show minor imperfections in the plastic including flow lines, slight inner well scuffing (present at time of encapsulation), standard surface wear (minor scratches/scuffing), Newton rings, and/or other minor imperfections. Please look very closely at any item images before purchasing.

HOW WE HANDLE YOUR PHONE CARDS:

Our desk is cleared, and then the cards from your package only are carefully removed and checked against your Submission Form (the packing slip). If there's a mismatch, we will contact you. Each card is handled one-at-a-time to first determine authenticity. Then the quality is determined with the help of lighted magnifying glasses, incandescent and fluorescent lights, and ultraviolet short and long wave lights. Your card is then scanned (front and back) at high resolution so we have a very high quality internal record of every detail and printing mark on your unique card. After establishing a grade (quality), all the phone card information goes into our database. Then we put the card in an acrylic plastic capsule "slab", and generate a label with a unique serial number. The label is then put inside the slab and permanently sealed with an ultrasonic welding machine. Your encapsulated card is then photographed (front and back) and is then ready to display on your personal Registry where you may show it to the public, and/or even mark it for sale or trade to other members. All of your data is then stored using our proprietary blockchain technology. We then package the slabbed cards to mail back to you at the address you've specified on your Submission Form. The return package will be tracked and insured at the estimated value.
